While I was doing drugs I was totally corrupt from Mental, Physical & Spiritual state. I was a multiple drug user outside. But when I came to Start A Fresh Nasha Mukti Kendra Rehabilitation, I started recovering myself from first day. My Physical condition improved in starting and I was feeling fit. Day after day I felt so good in clean and recovered condition. After 8 months I was discharged from here and today I am in recovery of 2 Years.
I was a relapse member, but my second treatment was so good, when I joined Start A Fresh Rehab(Nasha Mukti Kendra) I was totally out of my conditions. I remember nobody wants to talk to me while I was in drugs, nobody trusts me even my family and relatives and all. My new life was started after I came to Start A Fresh. Yoga & Meditation helped me to recover my spiritual & mental states. Now I am in recovery of 2 years and still in touch with rehab which help in my everyday recovery.

3 Years In Recovery
I was an Alcoholic. Alcohol ruined my life, my relations with my family and relatives. My life was just around alcohol and its users. I hardly came to home before midnight and usually remain outside with friend in my usage. If I didn't came here I don't thing I was alive. But after I came here I learned acceptance, learned discipline, how to make a perfect routine throughout the day I learned to live in present. Now I am in recovery of 3 Years "By The Grace of God & Start A Fresh."
